Silicon Nitride Ceramics—Si3N4

The Si3N4 based ceramics have excellent properties of low density, high strength, hardness and toughness, wear-corrosionoxidation, thermal shock resistance low thermal expansion, self-lubricating, heat insulation, electricity insulation etc.

Applications:
